Oh yeah, the fucking freqbox! How the hell could I forget that one.
I had it for a while, and it was quite awesome.

Do you have some suggestions where to look at with Synthesizer pedals?
I happen to have a BSY600 and was just getting ready to put it on the 'bay. I have the Behringer FCV100 pedal that goes with it. Hit me up if you're interested. I like it, its great with drum machines. The thing I like best is the setting where you just hold the pedal down to sustain the synth tone. Kinda like that freeze thing I guess but with a synth drone.

Well I live on the other side of the ocean, so I don't know if it is wise to send such cheap equipment such a long way price technically.. But I will pm

yes the freqbox is crazy dope! miss mine. was real nice in the loop of my utter stutter among other things. kinda wish it had an LFO on its own (utter stutter helped with that) but the envelope is awesome...guess u could make it LFO with the CV's or somethin as well.
the pulsemonger is a synth pedal isnt it?

Re: I love synthesizer pedals
awesome!
not exactly traditional synth pedal....but a bitcrusher/sample rate reducer ala geiger counter, etc will get u some sweet synthy/crashy/droney/awesomey tonez
i would also +1 for the behringer for its awesomeness and cheap price. had one for a day and was blown away. had to return it tho cause it kept shorting out on me =(....(i suspect it was returned before and the store just put it back up for sale cause the box was like pretty much already opened and when i returned it the dude was like expecting me and not suprrised that i came back)

I probably wouldn't ever shop there again honestly. Who knows how many corners they cut.

I really like synth pedals too. My only problem is, I don't own and never have owned one.. Is the EHX Micro synth worth getting or should I keep saving for an M9? closest I am at the mo is a subdecay noise box which while it really isn't synthy, is awesome.

I had the Bass microsynth for a while and it was really cool. BUT, I just got an M9 and can't say or think enough good things about it. The Tron settings are pretty close to my QTron but between the growler, voicebox, attack delay and a million other things the M9 is really a dream. Expression pedal ability and the looper alone make it worth the scratch.

Re: I love synthesizer pedals
I've read a lot of good stuff about the m9 but I don't know, haven't had to good experiences with multi-fx.. And mostly teh sound of them isn't to reliable on clips on the internet, cause they mostly sound awesome, till I hear them on my amp.. So have to try them out
