Almost everything I do in my DAW is sub-100 (and often much lower).

Right now I've got Spark set to 90 bpm. (I almost always use something that's a factor of 3...so 72bpm/75 is something I enjoy for drum machines + synths).

For ambient stuff (pianos with sequencers that sound like they're part of a complex modular setup, then I'll go anywhere from 20bpm to 54 bpm). ---Everything is fed into delays, so I do a lot of down-tempo stuff that cascades across delays in series. (something weird/resonant into another delay, then finally into a tape/wire emulator).

Two or three is good. Six is pushing it.
solo (mostly ambient): https://heraclitusakimbo.bandcamp.com/
duo (electroacoustic vibration exploration): https://wenderlypark.bandcamp.com/
trio (tapes/voice/clarinet/synth/poems): https://ourwaytofall.bandcamp.com/
band (spontaneous kosmische): https://stargoon.bandcamp.com/

I also help co-ordinate Okta, ILF's collaborative community ambient project: https://okta.bandcamp.com
