We did some maintenance and also migrated to a different server.

It should've been a bit smoother/faster, but there were a couple hiccups along the way. We had to disable the SSL for a bit (so we were only accessible at http)...once migrated, tech didn't immediately catch an A Record issue causing intermittent 500 errors...then an overzealous modsec rule was causing this problem. Everything should now be resolved and, uh, Acceptable.

i was getting either the Not Acceptable or the security problems until now. glad to see it’s getting resolved. SO MUCH STUFF happened to post about.

at this time uploaded images aren’t appearing in my Baritone Guitars thread. not bitching…i understand it’s a process getting things set up. just offering it for diagnostic purposes.

also only able to log in via “http://.”

uploaded photos are still problematic. as of 6:00 AM EST when they’re placed in the text or only added as attachments, the pic doesn’t appear and a link with the file name does. when i click those links it says Not Found. no doubt the answer is buried somewhere in a great whacking heap of code, and i wouldn’t call it essential but it’d be nice if it worked.

it could be a localized problem because someone was able to post photos in the Hack Jobs thread that appear normally.

please know that i really appreciate the work you do.

Do you know when they stopped showing up? Weeks ago? Some time recently?...or pretty simultaneous with the server migration last week?
Nothing within our phpbb folder should've been lost in transfer. But it could be something in modsec.
Just getting my details in order before talking to tech again today.

only for uploads since the reboot AFAIK. and it doesn’t appear to be global. it might be placing in text rather than just letting it go at the end labeled “Attachment.” let me go try that. i’ll just be a minute.
