has anyone else noticed that one of the fallbacks for manufacturers who don’t want to copy Fender and Gibson designs is to reference the old National and Supro cutaway-and-a-half Res-O-Glass bodies? i first caught this when flipping through YouTube and i saw a EVH Wolfgang and said “hey, wait a minute…” and i’ve subsequently seen other guitars that echo that shape including a rather wack Eastman. just a spare thought that passed through.

So, today I noticed the guitar is still for sale. So I contacted the seller about weight and tuning stability. Turns out he's one of the veeery few luthiers in Germany who actually runs a successful business with original designs and an excellent reputation for top quality work. He says he just overhault the guitar and it's in perfect working condition.
