CYSTECH FILTER DRIVE

Post by LaoWiz »

UPDATE - 3 more available for this first batch....

Cystech Filter Drive!!!

I have been tinkering with the Systech Overdrive ( for a couple of years now and while I never cared a whole lot for the stock sound I kept revisiting it and found some really fun tweaks and additions that has morphed into the Cystech Filter Drive.

PSQRCL's Demo:

BREAKDOWN

STOCK CONTROLS:

FILTER RANGE - low to bright just the OG EQ control
DIST - Distortion amount / gain
VOLUME - This is the gain control on the OG but it's pretty much just a volume control

ADDITIONS:

FILTER MODE SELECTOR
DIST 1 - Bright boost / OD
DIST 2 - Heavier OD / Distortion
DIST 3 - Stock Systech Overdrive Mode
DIST 4 - Heavier than mode 3, synthy sounding
CYST 1 - Experimental Fuzz Mode (my fav)
CYST 2 - Experimental Fuzz Mode, extremely nasty, can get some broken auto wah type of sounds

TOGGLES:

XOVER
Pseudo crossover distortion, loss in volume but adds really nice crispy clipping and you just turn the volume UP as there's plenty on tap.

DAMP
Low pass filter, engaging this when shit is too bright and needs a slight shave. Also changes the character of the Cyst modes.

68 - 10
Input cap - most of the time it's set to 68, when things are too thick the 10 mode can be useful.

RELAY BYPASS

These will be $200 shipped CONUS for the first batch. For international, it would need to go out USPS Priority International, so base price for the pedal and then actually shipping to be paid once it ships.

Looks amazing! Very Cyberpunk 2077! Looking forward to hearing the demo! :!!!:

I've sent and received a few pedals from the US via USPS in the last few weeks without any issues. Took about 2 weeks, per usual. Doesn't mean you should if it makes you nervous, but personally I've noticed no difference in international shipping.

Hey thank you!!! You are in Europe, yes. Didn't you just receive that Titan from Alec? I'll ask how he's sending these days, I think I sent overseas in June with DHL. Be great if I can use USPS before the shit hits the fan here...

Love everything about the pedal and am so sure whoever grabs one will love it.
Feel free to ask any questions or share your favorite settings - my notepad is ready

Bonus ILF points for recognising the cassette in the top right :animal:
