Bought my 7th DL4 exactly two years to the day from when I sold off my last one. Longest loop ever. I can't let this one go. It completes me.

I find it interesting that both the Volante and the Tensor are supposed to have DL-4 work-alike operating modes. The DL-4 workflow is just that stuck for so many people, so why fight it?

Did you grab one today? Direct or via a dealer?

Impulse derp. Got in on the Onde Magnetique pre-order; hoping I bond with it (it certainly sounds fantastic) :idk: :snax:

Did you pick that up second hand or direct through Tim?

Got it off ol’ Reverb. It’s funny - I traded my only Muff, then before I shipped realized I really liked it with my new amp - d’oh! Actually have the Fuzz Munchkin and a Creepy Fingers Ramalama on the way.

All that sound, it’s weird mod pedals and things I’m liking best with the Superplex, tho - univibe and ESPECIALLY DBA Reverberation Machine - sounds AWESOME in the loop.
Maybe partying will help.

If Prymaxe actually has this item in stock as indicated in their discounted Reverb listing, it should be inbound early next week:

In other news, the Zvex Machine I ordered 10 days ago from a town an hour away still hasn't arrived due to numerous UPS duckups, which have continued in spite of contacting their customer service department multiple times about the same shipment.

Want: MPC Live.. used to have a 1000 and maybe I should just get another one.. prices are stable, however, and a new Live (after shopping around) is about the same price as a used 2500: both around $1k.

Yes, it's extremely versatile. I had an AFO once before but foolishly flipped it. Mainly wanted it again for the everything dimed, heat-death of the universe tone, but the fact that it overdrives & distorts certainly doesn't hurt :)

I'm currently using it in low gain mode as my main sound with my band. I just like it that much.

The everything cranked sound is also A+++ though.

I use it in low gain mode right after my magic meter almost always for main sound as well. Not in a band .. But for the cat .. he seems to like it

I stopped at GC to buy strings and they have a 2018 ES-330 on clearance for under $2000. I'm trying to convince myself that the block inlays are super uggo to keep myself from thinking about it.
