You mean to tell me that song isn't about a large spider parade?

This thread wasn't as difficult to read as I feared it to be, but maybe I am just getting older. That Kim Thayil story... I have read two of Billy's quotes from that out of context, and they seemed funny but now that I know the context, jesus he was a big baby during siamese dream.

No secret Gish-Machina II records hold a special place for me. And I really admire the drums/guitar work of the band as a whole. Billy Willy "WPC" Patrick Corgan though? Bleh, duh.

Also I think its funny he rails against the liberal "snowflakes" who struggle with identity such as pronouns/lgbt+ issues and he is being a giant baby insisting people call him William now. :whateva: :whateva: :whateva:

I thought Billy C had gone off the rails a while ago, so now he seems to be going off the off-rails, like some sort of train analogy Inception.

Maybe he has brain cancer. Nah, always been a self indulgent megalomaniac. I have a hard time appreciating old SP songs anymore. Not sure if it is due to my feelings towards him or that nostalgia hold up. Maybe both.

I guess Billy's officially dead and Willy's here to stay.
Also, every time I read about him "changing" his name, I think of this:

I don't really have anything to add that hasn't been said already, but here is my take anyway - Pumpkins were amazing up through Machina, but everything since then has been a bad joke. And Corgan has become an insufferable d-bag for slagging off every musician he has ever worked with, along with all his other character flaws.

Someone please send this to Billy every day until all his pent-up rage erupts, his head turns to actual chrome and he engages his final form: Ultimo-Corgon, where he finally starts to hate fuck every skyscraper in Japan demanding an explanation, weeping tears of mercury down on the innocent bystanders below while proclaiming to be the greatest musician of all time, including the future.
sig'd.

The kind you find in a secondhand store
This is a very impressive collection of Roto Toms. That's 21 Roto Toms in all. That is only $33.00 a Roto Tom.

My gf listened to Billy on Shaun Keaveny's Show and Tell podcast and said he was totally not a sarcastic weirdo, just kinda down-to-earth and normal.
