It’s a pitch vibrato, we already have one at the store I work in that I’ve fucked with. It’s really really really good though. Multiple waveforms for the modulation and a pretty cool envelope mode. It sounds a lot like the VB-2w and has the ramp modes from that as well, but no momentary setting.

It gets super whacked out and deep, but I’m just not super into pitch vibrato

Why are they doing a slow reveal on this when there's already pictures and info out in various places?

Their marketing strategy is to announce a new pedal and have a dozen youtubers' demos available on the same day. They did the same thing with the Data Corruptor and one even leaked into the wild and blew up their launch day plans.

I think this marketing strategy really hurts my opinion of whatever the release is. They hype it up so much and then it turns out to be a vibrato that isn’t too interesting, so I dislike it more because I was expecting something cool.

Yeah, I get that. I mean, they make neat pedals and are making a neat vibrato. OK COOL. It's a bit like me walking into my living room at lunch time with my sandwich hidden under a handkerchief. "Gather round, everybody!" *drum roll*

I don't know if you're being sarcastic or not, but either way, you can have it for free.

Pedal companies should definitely do what they are doing. It is cool and I enjoy it. I just reckon in this case it's a bit anti-climactic (for me) cos I know what it is already and it isn't one of their special weirder pedals. That's all I was saying anyway.

I mean, I'm all about vibrato pedals, so if it is at a good price point I'll be all about it. :idk:

The day a Rand-o-matic clone is released is the day I seriously consider buying a vibrato. :idk:
