Twisting the time pot on the Cusack produces such a calamitous and wild warping. I don't think it sounds like any other delay, when you're adjusting it live. Even at $150, I think these are a great pickup.
The AD99 can do dark slapback, but not much more, in my experience. I wasn't a fan, but at that price, no one should lose any money. Good finds.
have you guys ever seen a reverb auction? why haven't I ever seen this function before? https://reverb.com/item/13404114-tym-gu ... er-p-jones
also: "Every dollar above the original price ($250) will be donated to Spencer. If this auction goes over $350, I'll chuck in my CD copy of the long out of print Fugitive Songs."

lol, how generous...
I think it has to be tied to a charity of some sort at this point... Spaceman has been doing a lot of these, with "at least 10% going to charity".
Reverb used to have auctions long ago, from what I hear... before my time on that site.
When Reverb first started it copied eBay's formats and had an auction option but later went to regular listings with make offer as an option. They have lots of tools but not for regular users. You ave to set stuff up specifically with their customer service people and you probably have to have a compelling reason to go outside their regular format.
