finally gonna swap out the speakers in my peavey classic 50 410.
my other 412 extension cabs all have combos of Swamp Thangs, Wizards, Cannabis Rexs and Commonwealths. granted the low end response from 12s are gonna be different than 10s, but what options are out there for a beefy low end with high end roll off in 10" ?
ive heard good things about the Weber 10A150H's but im wondering about more cost effecient options...

Re: WHERE'S THE BEEF? 10" speakers
I am by no means a speaker expert, but I have Warehouse Guitars Veteran 20s paired with JJ tubes in my Classic 50. With the lows cranked on my bone shaker or throat locust it chugs. With my Supernatural reverb I've gotten some nice subharmonic frequencies going. I wish I had a good way to demo how much low end it pushes out, but I don't. It's not 4x12 low end, but I honestly don't like 12s. I prefer the tighter low end 4x10s give.

I use four Cajuns with a swamp thing and wizard and they’re definitely beefy.MechaGodzilla wrote:I want to try cajuns in my vibroluxratrod wrote:Ragin Cajuns have some muscle
