Pre-ordered the Magneto. Feels fucking good to sell off the modules I wasn't using anymore. I quite like where my setup is at the moment - and the next thing I'm working on sounds pretty cool. Hopefully I'll finish it tomorrow!

I'm very interested in the Malekko modules (quad stuff that has motion recording). I'm also still tempted by the E352 and some more stuff from Noise Engineering. The Basilimus Iteritas Alter does some killer drum stuff but man does it shine as a melodic oscillator. When you find the sweet spot it's like heaven.

Also shoutout to Mutable Yarns. I finally got it to work the way I wanted it to and it's fuckin lit.

A while back I did some experimenting and...
I don't know if I told you about this, but you can make a happiness pedal into a module instead, if you're a tricksy hobbit. Remember that the printer defaults to "shit" before you print a sticker, also figure out how to drill this soft ass aluminum without bending it all to shit. I had to dremel off melted aluminum and then beat the panel flat. BARF.

Considering just releasing this fucker though. I realize it's extra wide, but it's also "extra" in many ways?

solo tunes:
completed works || loosey goosey releases
associated acts:
Raab Zamboni (fake jazz/real noise//sax, modular synth, editing, misc) || Field Guide (my best friends//sax on 2 tracks)

I make t-shirts, patches, koozies, buttons, CDs, sometimes tapes, and eventually i'll start working on pedals again. DM me for pricing!

vidret wrote:good idea aen, although you'd be competing with other modules with more I/O's and less HP (yours looks to be at least 16?)
True, but this one has an LFO built in, an S&H for said LFO... And a useless, no-CV master volume....
But yeah, size is a concern, however, considering we can use the pedal pcb, I'm looking at this as a small run experiment almost guaranteed to fund itself.

16 I think?

right? the DESCRIPTIVES.

sooooo. yeah. had a TINY bit of gear money squirreled away, ordered the DC GD (thanks for the fast butts shippins Louise-o-'Ens!) and a Befaco Even VCO. i loooooove octave switches in VCOs, and while the AJH Mini Mod sounds AMAZEbutts, i'm a little afraid of the analog pitch drift and can fit a VCO and a fuzz i super want to try in the same hp.

woooooot.

Hit me up if you ever flip the Great Destroyer module...I will likely be willing to take it off your hands!

I've been thinking of swapping my O_C out for a Planar2 lately. I think I'd get a lot more use out of the Planar2. I mean, there's tons of useful things in the O_C that I use all the time, but...joysticks!

EDIT: joysticks and CV recording!

I need to take some time to sample some things from my Folktek Mescaline and then take good photos of it and post it for sale (first locally in Japan, ideally I'd prefer avoiding shipping it as I'd need a big box to be sure everything's 100% safe). I don't have the time or space for it now and I can finally buy a Teletype if I sell it :).

So yeah, I'm as bad as most of you people sometimes ;).
