dropped the extra for the knobs version mainly to try to kick something back to mr. knobs. really enjoy your work.
Hey thank you. Appreciate it

Especially if you're already into this kind of thing, I think the Klein Bottle will open up a lot of possibilities.
I'm probably just going to leave my 3 most versatile pedals hooked up to it all the time.

Why did I watch that?! Seriously awesome demo!

I still have no money, but damn, I want it. I hate that I'm going to miss out on the Knobs enclosure, but maybe I'll get one in the future

I think you sort of answered my question, but I’m trying to dream up what will go in the loops. Like my first though is ALL THE DELAYS!! But then I realized I can just run a delay into itself so no need to waste all three loops. I’m thinking super wizard, some dirt pedal, and maybe a reverb? Idk. Seems like so much to play around with.

Early VFE adopter here, bought 2 Echo Ohce's in 2009 from just browsing ebay and would still have them on my board if I could fit them on there! I also have a couple of other custom pieces that I am never going to sell, one a three effector and the other a five.

I did the Klein Bottle but have no idea how I am going to fit it plus three effects on my board. Velcro mini pedals on top? What are the most versatile mini pedals?

Enjoyed the demo, it got me too!

Ugh, much want. Still think it's overpriced.

Y'know, I'm not sure that it is.
Mixers tend to be expensive, routing requires a lot of circuitry.

Not necessarily responding to you directly, but I seem to read things like this a lot here.
A lot of assumptions are made on what things cost and how much effort goes into designing and selling a device.
There's a difference between "more than I want to pay" and "overpriced."

I'm no expert either, but I've been speaking to Peter (owner of VFE) throughout this process and I think he's made it about as cost effective as is reasonable.
Just adding up the number of knobs and switches tells a story.

And he's using them good knobs

It's definitely not overpriced for what it is. I think people are just cray cray.

Agree, it's probably underpriced. Consider three boosts. Any booteek x3 will run this price or more, clones included( pretty sure I just saw a "more more more" by big ear NYC? Something like that that was literally 3 boosts and 300.).

Add in the rest of the functionally and now I'm talking myself into buying this and I had no intention of buying one before I began this post. Srsly.

Bike backwards and you get a reverse delay.
