I can't say that I have. Generally, I've found "dairy alternatives" are a poor substitute for real dairy. They're getting better all the time though.

And more often than not they suck dick for baking. Every time Mrs. Diver tries baking a vegan recipe it tastes wrong and feels weird in the mouth.

Vegan food is best when it happens to be vegan, not when it is a vego or meat dish that has had stuff replaced out of it. There are so many fantastic vegan dishes, I dunno why folks bother with substitute products (I mean, if you are putting in the effort to go vegan anyway put in a bit more effort and cook good food).
