This is my main bass guitar. G&L L2500, I believe early 2000s.

Had time to dig out most of my stuff over the holidays, so took shitty phone pictures of a bunch of it. I gotta move 2-3 this year and get a fretless, a 4004 and an Alembic-y something, will have pretty much everything I want/need covered then.

Looks like an SG Bass, not an EB (which would be an EB3, the EB0 had only the neck pickup).

And I'm jealous. I want one even though I completely don't need it. I miss my crappy Epi EB0 and should never have sold it. I want a new one so I can turn it into a Reverend Wattplower clone.

It's short scale tho, no? And the EB-3 isn't?
But yeah, you're right about the SG part.

EB-3L was the long scale one. SG bass doesn't have the rotary selector, so it can't get a couple of the extremely muddy or nasal sounds of the EB-3, but it's close enough for rock and roll. Plus, I got it for pennies from a GC/MF employee blowout auction a couple years back (they had literally dozens upon dozens of them as unsold inventory), so I can't complain. Changed the bridge out for a Hipshot so I could intonate it properly and even out the setup. Also helped with neck dive, being a good bit more substantial vs the stock unit.

In addition to the above, the Epiphone EB-3 is 34" scale, the Epiphone EB-0 is 30".

Unless you find an Epiphone EB-3 Elitist, then that's 30".

No one comment on the ingenuity of photographing black basses with a black background.

Gots dis PBass. Fender made the nitro really thin on these av65 basses, much thinner than the guitars. First time I nicked i was thinking FUCKING gypped. And they're one-thousand-god-damned-nine-hundert-und-ninety-nine-fucking-dollars.

This course, a perpetual alternation of determining what is true, and then setting aside this determining, constitutes, strictly speaking, the steady everyday life and activity of perpetual consciousness, a consciousness which fancies itself to be moving in the realm of truth.
