I've checked a lot of you guy's URL's/videos,clips,demos,etc. And,mind you I've only scratched the surface. But there's a lot of talent around here. I'd like to take this time to recognize a few: Rosscanyonsofstatic,magiclawnchair/the owls cambridge,Green Paper, the Inclined,PumpkinPieces/Admiral Apricot and the Marigolds, htsamurai, teh smile_man hipster,Mudfuzz and his bands,N@meless and the Band You Hate, steevdeadman, newcomer in-face,and I'm sure I've left a few out,oh shit-Wizard! How could I forget?! So I cordially invite you to join me in praising some of our resident talent. And if you haven't checked out anyone's music, then I encourage you to do so,and post your thoughts regarding HERE Add to that list,Bassus Sanguinis and his Black Metal outfit,Enochian Crescent

Verbs. I think it's Mybloodytelevision's band. Sorry if I'm mistaken. Their music is top notch

And VDP's Green Paper is just as sexy. :thumb:

Maybe the Residents and haven't outed themselves yet...

Also, I fucking love all the bands that are part of ILF. Nice to see all the fuzz love in so many genres.
Do you like listening to homemade music? Me too. Why don't you try one of mine?

Current ILF Love: OHNOHO CHK CHK BOOM, Mellowtone Melx Fuzz 2, EQD Dream Crusher, Devi Ever ID, Dr. Scientist Proto-Miniberator - new vids eventually

Leastwise's band the Raquellos are AWESOME. He happened to be at a show in charlottesville and said hello!

I'll be in charlottesville on friday playin' at the tea bazaar probably.

I got to meet starcastic at an IFIHADAHIFI show, which i missed

The Verbs EP is fucking amazing, especially the first song Marbles. I put it on Mixes for my friends.

I really wish i got to play with The Inclined by now

All of HT's music is completely outrageous and if he lived next door we'd probably blow up the neighborhood.

Jahsoul was an amazing dude and gave me a copy of the Field Day 7" at one of my shows in Richmond... Field Day is tooooooooooo gooood. It's like if 3 of my all time favourite bands were a band.

Cymbals Eats Guitars is absolutely outrageous, i dunno why smllsnd/bgsnd and i haven't BBQ'd yet. Probably because i still have class and......

I'M RECORDING GREEN PAPER.

i'm telling you, when you all hear this new Green Paper record your dicks will all explode off, inhalf.

there are more.. I need to listen to more of your jams!

Come to philly k?
I've got a fuzzbox and i'm not afraid to use it

I hope he doesn't mind that I post this here, but RossCanyonsofstatic's band is pretty mind-blowing...

And everything Wizard touches is jangle-pop GOLD.

+1 on Cymbals Eat Guitars, too! I guess I didn't know that was smllsnd/bgsnd's band... Killer.

There are too many great bands / artists on here to count!

I too wish that The Inclined had played with one of Wizards bands by now... but I'm still holding out hope!

Green Paper kicks ass!

The Raquellos are great fun!

Everything I've heard from Jdavyd's projects (both his solo electro/trip-hop kirtan work and his synth/goth band Oh So) has been golden!

BigChiefBC's Seismic Feedback will blow your mind, man!

Aen rocks out in a band environment as surely as he does a pedal situation!

I'm missing a whole bunch of people who have great stuff, just because I'm exhausted...

Maybe we should have a sub-thread on projects / people we'd like to see more from. For example, I'd love to hear more music by Futuresailors, Stanimal, Kosta and Steevdeadman among others... like, say, HT-FREAKIN'-SAMURAI!!!!

I'm more like a mids-ist than a bassist.
