Yes, apparently:

"Pre-order period for the Throat Locust will begin today around 2pm EST & close the evening of February 22nd. Standard price is $185 but pre-orders will be $155 including free shipping within the U.S. Pedals will ship at the end of February. Thanks"

Just recorded a Cheap Trick show and it reignited my GAS for an 8 string octave bass.

Yeah, that one looks cool. I have a Mini for my synths board now so I'm kinda oblivious to dirt-GAS but this one still seems interesting. The blend and stereo could make it useful... No bias control though :(.
