Re: The Whatever Thread .. For Gear!!
i'm on my mobile and the wifi is really crapping out now. i have trouble using the search, but i'm pretty sure there's a topic here (or knowledgeable people) that could help me.
so, i want to glue this ummmm die-cut picture on my guitar but i'm unsure what glue to use. i'd like to be able to remove it later without too much damage, but i also want it to be firmly there. i'm not planning to remove it, but would feel comfortable to have the option.
so basically, i have a glueless sticker and i am a clueless fucker.
the guitar has the same sort of paint that fenders have.

I just remembered I paid the deposit on a Seppuku pedal 8 months ago and I still haven't heard anything about it

Thinking of selling my trusty Microkorg for a Volca FM. We don't use it live anymore. And I figure I could have more fun a with micro sequencing setup using it in combination with the sample one. The MKs new price has gone up so, there wouldn't be much of a loss. And maybe some green left that could go towards a pedal.

No way man. Sell a pedal and nab the FM -- I think you'll miss that MK a lot.Disarm D'arcy wrote:Thinking of selling my trusty Microkorg for a Volca FM. We don't use it live anymore. Was feeling particularly crafty today, so I did this, cause fuck the stickers

Might get knobs to go with it, but I'm kinda digging this look

I like it (it's my favorite analog style poly on the market, but the format of the FM would make it much much much more usable at home and on the go, and it's not like a microkorg is a rare sight on the local classifiedsspacelordmother wrote:No way man. Can we all take a moment to appreciate that this mechanical circuit bent Furby sequencer is probably cooler than any gear that any of us have or have had???

Re: The Whatever Thread .. For Gear!!
This is true. I guess I am just reacting because I have a MK but the FM came and quickly went. Loved the sound and the programming wasn't too bad, but def not as friendly as the MK. I also found a world of difference in usability between 3 and 4 note poly. Depends on how you're trying to use it I suppose.Disarm D'arcy wrote:I like it (it's my favorite analog style poly on the market, but the format of the FM would make it much much much more usable at home and on the go, and it's not like a microkorg is a rare sight on the local classifiedsspacelordmother wrote:No way man. Re: The Whatever Thread .. For Gear!!
Right!?!? I definitely just bought a furby this morning to cricuit bend haha
If you look at the older Furby Gurdy video, you can see how he stepped up the stakes for v2, with those insertable screws rather than cutting notches out of big acrylic discs. It's so neat to see how creative & intelligent people are in this world, and the fucking ridiculous things they apply that intelligence to.

Anyone have any favorite Echo Degrader settings? I'm really digging mode 3, but I'm not sure I understand the other two.

I really wanted the Walrus Audio Red until I found it's an HM-2. I've already got two of those

Has the dd-20 gone up in price recently? I remember getting my old one for mad cheaps, and I looks it up now and they are in the $160 range.
