Yeah, I am starting to think this guy might be a sock puppet of UglyCasanova or Eivind August designed to bring attention to their band and increase listenership. There is no such thing as bad press so to speak. Kinda brilliant backwards tactic, IMO.

I guess I am crazy because my TAFM and Mini went back in the drawer post haste once the HM-2 came to town.

Generally speaking I'd agree with you, but we're talking music companies, not multi national defense contractors here. My money going to Boss pays workers in Japan and Taiwan to continue to put r&d into new musical instrument designs, some of which have defined genres of music in the past and present (808, 909). My money to a small builder goes to a dude in a small shop putting more r&d into his musical creations. not much difference there, except that Boss is bigger. Now, if you were talking about Starbucks or Walmart vs the corner luncheonette I would agree with you.

I'm sure that ROCKS for your Deep Purple cover band.
This course, a perpetual alternation of determining what is true, and then setting aside this determining, constitutes, strictly speaking, the steady everyday life and activity of perpetual consciousness, a consciousness which fancies itself to be moving in the realm of truth.

Lol! I always love that when special snowflakes get told they aren't the most unique thing in the world they always fall back on lobbing the tired old "Troll" label. Grow a pair snowflake! You don't get a medal in real-life for coming in second place, and yes, there are people out there who don't think what you do is "unique."

This guy got it spot on!

I'd say it's a pretty solid troll account considering he managed to get to 5 pages in just a few hours. :surprise:

Never played a Deep Purple cover in my life, although thanks for exposing the snobbery I am talking about in this thread. Yeah, i'm sure your "experimental ambient noise drone shoegaze post rock indy" band has filled anywhere near the capacity Deep Purple did in their heydey. Not a Deep Purple fan even, but come on man, stop being such a prissy snob.

Wow, touched a nerve there. Does the HM-2 KILL IT on your P&W solos?
