Just finished watching. Your bass board is so sexy! I want a PFactor badly for my bass setup. And those smallsound/bigsound fuzzies sounded godly. I managed to grab a TAFM during the sale. Really wish I had enough money left over for a Buzzz.

The tabletop section was insanely cool and over my head, but still rad to parse through. Thx for sharing. :joy:

"Amp in a box"?
No, there's no amp in there - tone fairies and feedback goblins live inside this box.

Thanks, guys! It took quite some time to make these, so I'm glad someone other than Eivind and our meager following will get to hear and enjoy them

The presets are already published. They should be in the 'web' section of the Neuro App. Username is the same as here. :)*

Been messing around with these for the last few days now and they're super fun. The Echo Degrader one in particular is great, even with an Echo Degrader it's still fun on the Nemesis. Great job man!

That digital water one. I don't know how you managed to conjure those sounds. Really cool stuff.

I just gave it way too many parameters to process with zero latency. So it is actually glitching out. The Nemesis is fast, but I managed to break it. :zen: :p

My brain is fried from doing school stuff or I would've made an attempt here at explaining how I think it works.

Givin it a shot:

something like a lowpassfilter into an envelope-triggered freeze-delay?
I will check the preset, but I'm pretty sure it involved the oil can sound engine being murky+input and output highpass cut. There's no freeze, just the feedback set on the very brink of self-oscillation. Somehow the lack of highs makes it so that it never goes into oscillation, even if I hit it with dirt. It's pretty neato!

Ollin: that's awesome! I didn't have my ED at home so it's modeled after what I remembered it sounding like.

Dude I can't wait to grab my gear from my practice space today. I just watched the video in full. I was so set to be like oh shit that Ct5 setting and was instead impressed by so many settings.

Rainbow Machine/Bicycle Delay is spot on. Echo Degrader was one of my favorites. Seppuku inspiration was awesome and I can't wait to figure out how co hire some sweet oil can drones.

You're a regular evil scientist up in this mofo, Kent.

Thanks, buddy!

I hope someone takes some of my presets and improve/tweak them further as well. There are a handful of cool presets uploaded, but most of them are the typical "slapback" and "warm analog delay" sort of deal. It's a shame considering how much weird shit you can actually do in the app. Reinhart (sp?) has two great presets there though. It's worth checking those out. :)

hey dude can you share what exactly you're doing for the digital water preset? I know you said you basically overloaded it, but with what? seems like the only sound I can't replicate with the dd500 and it sounds AWESOME..

going to try and replicate the degrader sound myself with the bitcrush mode.good stuff
i'm glad i can call you a friend. even if i'll never see you again

Sure. It's in the Warped Record sound engine (vibrato, basically)

Time: 0ms (zero latency)
Max time available: 2,6 seconds (not sure if this matters as changing the time makes the preset into a functioning vibrato, but there you have it)
Feedback: 0
Wet: 100%
Intensity controls amount of distortion and LP filtering and that is set to around 50%
Diffusion: 100% (basically delays the attack and I think this is what messes it up because the pedal is trying to have zero latency)
Distortion: 65%ish. Just for some nice texture
Like 15% high pass cut so it's not too shrill
10% SRR that Kompakt Kassettish quality
Wow+Flutter depth 70%ish and rate at 100% (Kompakt Kassette)
I have it on the first "allow oscillation" setting (there are three, where each one lets more highs into the feedback loop or something. Filtering sort of deal I guess. Shouldn't matter with Feedback at 0 but it changes the EQ a bit and I thought it sounded the best of the bunch)
Mod and Rate are mapped to Filter modulation depth and rate, but I have the filter mix turned all the way down so these don't really do anything (only intensity for LP filtering and distortion). For some reason, every other Mod mapping (Time/Tape/Trem) made it possible for the Nemesis to process the signal. It's really weird. The preset might just be a bug, but I don't care because it's a buttload of fun.
