What about those tiny Malekko ones? The Spring Chicken/Chicklet/Omicron?

forgot about malekko, havent seen their pedals in a while. hmm, an extra knob for more control than the hof is nice, but that's not really a big deal. ofc we don't have any malekko pedals at my shop either.

the HOF mini is nice. You basically have to use the tone prints if you want to have fun.
Check out the henretta engineering moody blue reverb. It uses the accutronics module, I believe (from memory). It's wicked sexy with the decay time up!

the tiny malekko spring is solid. i've heard mooer verbs are pretty good but haven't ever played them.

I third malekko you will not be disappointed. I've had that and the vibrato from the omnicron line and they were both slick as shit sounding

Re: i need a reverb, a tiny one
I should try the Mooer Skyverb myself, I'm not rich, nor a huge reverb user, and my board's overpopulated, so...
Anyway, if I were you I wouldn't compromise on the delay, and instead I'd make room by replacing the TU-3 with a Korg PB-Mini and upgrade the dynacomp to either an Accountant or a Xotic SP Compressor
Should easily leave you with anough space for something like a dispatch master, two birds with one stone

Re: i need a reverb, a tiny one
well that took a certainly drastic turn there. if i were to add a delay to my board i'd need something capable of doing self oscillation and crazy stuff, i have plans for that later on. right now i'm going for utility with the space i have and i'll probably need a bigger board for my future plans anyways. i know the sp is very good but i do have an aversion to mini pedals. making this thread was like shooting myself in the foot.
ah yes mooer, i totally forgot about them and malekko.

I liked the Chicklet alright—I sold mine because I wanted more control. For basic spring sounds though, it's certainly pretty good for the tiny size.

Re: i need a reverb, a tiny one
A recovery cutting room floor would cover both delay and reverb sides and do momentary oscillation if you want. I found it more ergonomic turned on its side, and if I recall the reverb side is more of an echo

Yep. Gonna throw down for the Malekko Chicklet. Great for straight verb sounds, it oscillates beautifully (the one I had was really controllable) and best of all... HAZ TRAILS!

Re: i need a reverb, a tiny one
I just got a HOF mini. One thing that's a bummer is that although you can make custom Toneprints with the editor, there does not seem to be a way to save your custom Toneprints onto the Toneprint app. So the only way to load a custom Toneprint is via usb.
It's actually my only reverb though and I'm happy with the one knob so far. I don't really feel as much knob twiddling compulsion with reverb I guess, idk.
