Frodog, do you find that that Daughters tape will get real quiet in the right channel in certain spots?

Yo, played it (one side) and it sounds great. At one brief point in the middle I thought I heard a drop, but it could be because my amp's tape monitor button needs to be jiggled to sit just right for both channels to work.

I don't have them yet but I'm going to order some records directly from Raster Noton and damn, there are so many good things there. I'm already set on a couple of recent Alva Noto I managed to miss, plus the latest Kangding Ray and Dasha Rush, and also probably some Emptyset, Byetone, etc.
So many good records. Seriously, one of the best labels ever, especially these days. If you're into minimal/noisy electronic music though, obviously.

GUITAR WOLF RUUUUULES!
Yeah, I saw them in October at the LUFF in Lausanne - it kicked ass BIG time! They were opening the show in Godzilla costums with a feedback orgy!

The latest Dasha Rush was out of stock on Raster Noton's website so I only got these in the mail today :
Kangding Ray - Cory Arcane
Alva Noto - Xerrox Vol.3
Byetone - Symeta
Alva Noto - Univrs
I've also got a few CDs coming soon from Kvitnu (really cool label for minimal/noisy electronic music)...

Gentle Time is one of my all time favorite heavy jams, & despite what audiophiles say about the remaster being too loud or whatever, it fucking crushes on that version.

Yeah I think Plotkin did a killer job on the remaster, IMO. Sounds a lot closer to how they sounded live.
