Sometimes I think it's a good idea to have like 4-BitQuests on my board.

Sometimes I watch this demo I made while borrowing Eivind's BQ and GAS for a second one myself.

This video ignited the GAS. And yesterday I was like "it would be rad if I had a single unit that did a lot of cool effects that I could patch into the soundcard with noisemakers and synths and the Volga Sampler while I play other things". And bam, gas returns.

That's Dan Phelps. I'm subscribed to his YouTube channel. He's got some nice videos.
Since he's very much influenced by David Torn, I suspect he's got something similar to what Torn has installed in his guitar:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UEKO4aNCYcs [/youtube]
I just lifted the description of what that does from this article:
http://www.premierguitar.com/articles/2 ... ne-at-last
"Like the Koll Tornados Torn has used for years, the Ronin Mirari also features his “Tornipulator” circuit on the upper bout. The first button kills the guitar signal and activates a built-in Shaker mic (under Torn’s left hand) that takes in sound from the room and creates feedback. Button two introduces a ground lift and creates 60-cycle hum. Button three is a kill switch."

My only undying GAS is for a second BitQuest!

GASsing for a smaller amp. Saw an acoustic combo somewhere in a thread recently and can't find the model, but it looked glorious.
Something like these
This one is up for sale close by but it's a tad big and I can't really swing the money but it looks very nice
