Migh as well join in. Cant say I want/can afford any real rare vintage stuff, but I've always been amazed at how underestimated/underappreciated a lot of boss stuff is. HM2, FZ2, FZ3, the OD/SD series, BF/HF flangers, CE2, the entire DD and RV series,...A lot of people wouldnt wanna be caught dead with those peds, but theyre unique classics as far as im concerned, and they can hang with much pricier boutique rivals imo.

There's a reason that this thread is over 50 pages long!

GT-001 has been glorious in the couple days I"ve had it thusfar. All the processing of the GT-100 but in a desktop unit for $250 less (which I am dead fine with, since cripples can't use the FS on most multis very well).

The level of automation+sound quality is amazing at this point and I haven't even dipped into the amp designer or the distortion pedal designer. Yea, that's right. Not just using preset boring models any more - you can make your own from a tweak point.

God save my soul.

The thing that sells me is that it sounds good on a basic, clean amp model - without piles of gain.

I was able to also duplicate a 'better than my real' Jazz Chorus (which has the original glorious vibrato circuit)....I am confused.

Many happy, much hide.

Not including Roland is sort of silly, given the direct hand in hand relationship of their various toys over the last few decades.

My Roland GR-55 has a GT-10's effect section in it, etc.

A board of

FZ-2
GE-7
DM-2w
SY-300
GT-001
DD-500

Controlled by an ES-5 would slay all the toan demons. If I had space, I'd consider swapping the DM-2w for an RE-20.
aka leaves turn - engineer with DigiTech/DOD

I'd swap the DM-2w for the RE-20 all day, but I'd also have it running into a real Space Echo too.

Controlled by one of the ES-whatever prgorammable footswitch/patchbays.

PS-2 was amazing in its day.

I didn't bother with the pitch shifting much - the 2 sec in a pedal was HUGE then though.
