Just had to try out two new peds. One of em is my buddy's, and as far as I'm concerned he can have it back right now. Digitech Digiverb, yuck. The eq control doesn't seem to do a helluva lot, and the level control is more like a mix control. Meaning that at 100%, you basically get 100% wet :idk:

Anyway, the real reason for my NPD: Stone Deaf PDF-1.

So setup of the day: tuner > FZ-2 > PDF-1 > Digiverb. The PDF-1 brings out even more of the FZ-2's oomph and gnarl, though I kinda think that pretty much any paramtetric eq and a
Boss OD-1 could get me pretty similar sounds :idk: Than again, that combo would cost me considerably more than just the PDF-1, and take up more board space...:idk:

Today's fav

The Carrier (fuzz and ring modulator on) > CT5 > Deluxe Memory Boy

https://soundcloud.com/splandz/the-carrier-ct5-boy

Vox Autowah > CT5

https://soundcloud.com/splandz/vox-autowah-ct5

I like this setup a lot. Could repeat this many times.

Taken with Lumia 920 so exuse me for sound quality. :>

As for me, today was bittersweet, sending off the DC by using it as the Envelope Follower for the Morphing Terrarium into an RM-1N. The MT was patched so that the Z output went into the FM input, the envelope went into the 1v/OCT input, and the X and Y output went into the RM-1N.

Sounds like this:

It's going to a good home, though, so I'm not too sad about it (plus the Shruthi can do the same thing w/r/t input source and it's got a much slower LFO, which is preferable to me).

Earlier today I thought I might trade the pitchfactor for a dream sequence. But then I played RV-3 > pitchfactor > El cap > space and now I can't loose it.

Should I comment on the socks or is my validation and general approbation on yours enough?
