Then it'd be modular modeling of modulars.
WHAT IF YOU COULD HAVE MULTIPLE TABLETS WHERE EACH ONE WAS ITS OWN MODULE.

I wish there was a free version! Someone tell how awesome it is or not. Very hesitant because it's exactly 30x as much as I have ever spent on an app

Then you're missing out on some fantastic apps. That's an old mindset that only should apply to shitty apps. A lot of these iOS synths/effects have as much overhead and development time as $100+ dollar pc apps, and the quality shows.PeteeBee wrote:I wish there was a free version! Animoog is an amazing app, and easily the coolest virtual synth I've ever used. Therefore my confidence in Moog apps is extremely high. I can't personally endorse this new one, though, because my tablet won't support the latest OS upgrades.

I heard it and almost broke my iPad with the magnitude of my boner. I'm still hesitating on buying it outright, but I know I will eventually.

Re: Moog Model 15 Modular Synth App
I want it, but I have a feeling that using it on an iPhone is going to be really limiting based on size. I wish I had an iPad, I could see that being a lot better.

Re: Moog Model 15 Modular Synth App
I have no doubt that I am haha. My wife normally has the iPad for Netflix binging, so apps are of limited use to me. Holds me back significantly but I don't really mind. I don't even have time to play guitar enough, let alone learn new apps, as much as I would like to. So same as the chief, it'll be mostly on my phone, which is limitingInconuucl wrote:Then you're missing out on some fantastic apps. That's an old mindset that only should apply to shitty apps. MEdium FROWN.
My ipad is like WAY too old for this app. But I'm considering nabbing it for the phone anyway.

Re: Moog Model 15 Modular Synth App
Wow this looks way better than I expected.
I'd probably still go Tetra if a wanted a portable 4-voice synth, but this makes buying an iPad seem reasonable – especially with the tweak-able sequencer that you could compose with anywhere.
Now it'd be ideal if you can set the sequencer different for each of the four voices.

An iPad is an entire music Studio if you let it be. There's some finicky file handling bullshit you have to go through, but at the end of the day most portable all on one solutions are worst than it.
It's worth it even without the Model 15 though.

Is it only iPad??? I looked on my iPhone and don't see it? So it's like 30 bucks? If so, totally worth it.

Re: Moog Model 15 Modular Synth App
I searched for "Moog Model 15" in the app store on my phone and I see it. Yes, it's $30. If anyone does get it for their iPhone, I'd be interested to hear your thoughts on its usability with that size screen.jwar wrote:Is it only iPad??? I looked on my iPhone and don't see it?
