70's stang

Post by finboy »

I bought back a 70's mustang body I sold a while back, decided to build it out of spare parts.

Neck is in the mail, tuners are on order, etc. now I have to save my pennies for a staytrem bridge (which is fun when unemployed).

Progress basically stops here for a while, I have to wait for tuners to arrive in May and find some money for a mustang bridge

That's pretty as fuck. Why are the tuners taking so long?

waiting for the white button tuners to arrive, but basically done, plays pretty good, the neck has a bit of a bow so i had to do some shimming in the pocket. surprisingly this neck is birds eye maple, i guess cbs still had some quality wood left.
