This might be the wrong place for this, but has anyone had experience with the Empress modified midibox for CB? I have one, haven't used it yet as I need to get a controller, but I have 3 ports modded for CB and left one og for Empress, I want to convert it so it can support a 4th CB pedal for when the Tonal Recall comes out. Any thought?

It's super ez. Literally un soldering and re soldering the tip and ring jacks
Disaster dmc 8 is the only disaster area that will control 4 pedals.

You could modify it, or just make a custom TRS cable that flips the tip and the ring for that port. That's all we are doing with the modification... making the midi data travel on the ring of the TRS rather than the tip.
I have a Dani reel echo which is not even the same game as the tonal recall. However, when adjusting the delay time on the Dano, the delayed signal doesn't change pitch, it just kind of stutters and plays faster in the same pitch as the original.
Why don't more delays do that? And how is that even possible?

Lots of digital delays do that. It can be used to great effect of the max feedback doesn't oscillate but rather creates a small loop
