And yep, I work in the creative industry as well (motion graphics), and sometimes I feel like a fucking weirdo for being the guy with no tattoos.

I still wanna get some, just have never been able to commit to something I wanna have forever. Definitely over-thinking it. I'm 36 though, so better start soon... otherwise I'm gonna be old guy who gets a bunch of tats late in the game.

i think it's like anything, if it's a grrL rocks it and owns it, it can make her more attractive. i love the look, but who fucking cares? should be all about what makes the person happy. I AM AN ENLIGHTENED MOTHERFUCKER YO.

also, yer. i didna get my first tat till i was around 35 or 36 i think? so glad i waited. i would be doing a bunch of coverups now.

I am getting a version of the second drawing down (three billy goats gruff), but without the troll in it. It was a book that we read a lot as a child and I still love the art work. I am getting it as a half sleeve on my lower arm, which I am really excited about.

But Sweden is a good country to have tattoos. It's pretty open to tattoos and there is about one month a year you don't have a shitload of clothes on. And everyone is on holiday that month anyway so the odds of anything getting seen by anyone is about 0

I think it's a bit rough to weight tattoos affecting the perception of someone's personal values/personality/whatever trashy means on gender alone.
I've seen plenty of shit tattoos on dudes that make them look rough cut and arguably unfuckable to either gender.
