Thanks! I like it too. I made the hole much wider than the led to let the light spread a bit, and then filled it with hot glue to refract it further. I usually shield the wires coming from the effect and on the input jack if necessary. Having said that, this is a compressor so it is pretty noisy anyway. I suppose every little bit helps.

You can always line them with shielding tape if it becomes a concern.
