Glad you dig everything dude!! I think you will like Good Omens. Terry Pratchett is one of my all time faves, if you like the humor/satire aspect of it and can handle fantasy you should definitely check out his huge "Discworld" series.


Huge thank you to our old pal Aen who totally knocked it out of the park with my gift! I didn't receive it until the 23rd because of some bullshit local post office drama but let the record show that he got it out super early and it should have been here like at least a week before that.
It contained:

Got a box yesterday from one of our Detroit connection containing a handwritten note, enough bottle caps to buy a small wasteland, some sticks, and two pedals.

The Gyroscope is a pretty dope little filter box with some quirks to it. I wish it was a bit brighter overall, but it's got some neat sounds in it that I think I'll get some use out of. It sounds especially good combined with my 20/20
The black box is a clone of the Phantom Octave. I had one a while ago that I really regret selling and I'm super glad to have one back in house. It sounds way better than I remember it; like a vintage octave fuzz that actually has some balls and some more acidity to it. It stacks really well my hm2 as well, so that's pretty much guaranteed its spot on the board.

Damn fine secret santa this year. The only real negative was the sebadoh sticker he sent got kinda thrashed.

It looks like it got torn along a crease so it's split nearly in half. The edges are pretty clean though, so I can still probably find something to stick it to.

Good deal. That one knob fuzz is really responsive to your volume and tone knobs. Roll back the volume a bit and you can get a really nice dino jr tone.

That filter has a really nice step filter feature, that's how I used it at least. And there's an expression control input. I just wish it had a mix knob

Dear Satan, I'm in love. It's too cold for the Guadalayaba thing right now but I absolutely love everything else you gave me!
The pedals are both already in my board and I get a raging boner over the sounds they get me to do. The Paraloop now paraloops both my dirt pedals, a TAFM and a Demo Tape and the sounds are godly! Just like I always wanted them to sound. For shits I have also put the Reverb in with the TAFM. It needs to be on full wet because when I turn it on, the Demo Tape in the other loop will mostly be turned off. This gives me the additional option to go full wet plate reverb into TAFM which is a great sound and nothing I would have tried.
The Scrutator is amazing as well. The way the filter works with the EXP pedal is just so sweet! Especially if you run it into ring modulation. So chewy!! The bit crushing itself is also cool, it's so damn nasty and it has these weird overtones that remind me of ring modulation. So cool!!
I munched up all the candy too, your lady is a keeper if she bakes like that!! Haha.
And the CD- I love it! If June Victory ever comes here I won't miss him!

But, you know what would make it perfect? If you told me who you are on the board. I want to smile to myself when I see your posts and think of all the treats I got.
