The Yen's not as strong as it used to be (actually a bit weak recently) but it's definitely not the Ruble :). Heh, some licensing issue probably...

Anyway, I checked my Steam wish list and there are quite a few games on sale in there.

Don't want to get too crazy with the sales, I never end up playing more than an hour of the majority of the games I buy.

Only played Beyond Earth during the free trials, will probably pick that up. SOMA, Endless Legend and Mordheim look like games right up my alley.

I've played a fair bit of Beyond Earth now and it's really awesome at first but becomes rather cumbersome after a while.
The shiny new veneer wears thin.
I don't have any expansions though, so they may have fixed some of the longevity issues with the gameplay in those.

I just got a ps2 last year from ebay and it worked out fine. If you want to avoid that, there's sites like DKoldies that deal in used consoles and games.

I'd sell you a ps2 and a bunch of games if you're interested?

I've really only been in playing on PC lately. So much I want to buy on the steam sale but only want to play fallout 4. No point playing anything else.

Gamestop used to have them for really cheap. The one by where I used to live stopped carrying anything pre-PS3, but they were like $30 and came with a year warranty.

But you could probably pick up a bundle for a pittance on ebay these days.

I got back into Bloodborne for the DLC, which is fine so far. I'm kind of glad I kept my character just before NG+ because some parts are difficult enough and I don't want to spend too much time :).

I decided to buy Destiny during the PSN sales. I've heard mixed things but it's insanely popular and I really want to know why... but I really miss MMOs and I really like pretty Sci-Fi games. Not expecting a super deep story so I don't think i'll be too offended.

I don't know what to think about Destiny.

I started a new character for the dlc. Rushed to get there and see the new content but fuck it is a high level place haha.

Played Destiny for 5 hours straight.

Right now, I actually really like it.

EDIT:
I've got the gist of the game now. :whateva:

Just finished Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel.

Kind of looking for something else to play but I'm still using a ps3 and kind of don't want to commit.
