Good RPGs on the 3DS? I've mostly used mine for Bravely Default, Zelda and Pokemon.

I like Bravely Default and Monster Hunter but i generally find the Vita a bit better for RPG's. There's SMT Devil Survivor, Tales of the Abyss and Etrian Odyssey too but i haven't tried those.
Been meaning to try Fire Emblem too. I've only really been using mine for Zero Escape and Project Mirai.

Fantasy Life (cutesy skyrim, essentially)
Monster Hunter 4 (skill based, hard as balls, I've spent way too much time on this game it's a lot of fun)
Shin Megami Tensei 4 (Fantastic, beginning is frustrating, insane story)
Etrian Odyssey (Dungeon crawler, old school, get the untold version for story)
Fire Emblem Awakening (awesome TRPG, all of your OTPS are now canon, permadeath is good)
Tales of the abyss
Bravely Default (only if you like JRPGs)

Those are my recommendations.

Weapon crafting in Fallout 4 is so good.

Dude I finally have a sawn-off that packs some mean punch and I haven't even unlocked the Gun Nut perk yet.

This crafting system and economy is bullshit huge. I love it.

I'm still playing bouts of FO4 in between continual Ark: Survival Evolved work.

The latter being a pain in the ass when you're one of a few dudes who have somehow found themselves at the top of the heap on an official server.

I think it's just going to be another f2p shooter on Steam.

Anyway, I finally ascended one of my MGO3 characters so I can finally work my way onto other games now.

Ah yeah, it's a region thing indeed. I didn't even know games could be region-locked on Steam.

I know they used it to quarantine Russia when the Ruble crashed to keep people from buying all their games on proxies, but I didn't think they used it for anything else.
