Just talk with me, tell me what you want and then we'll arrange payment when needed. 50% deposit due by the time we order. The rest within 3 months. We will order a week from Friday to get as many buyers in as possible and allow people to gather funds.

As far as I can tell paying me to pay the builder would be the easiest to keep track of. But, I'm sure he would do individual payments since he's dealing via paypal. I'll ask him, and he may pop in here once his account gets approved.
