I didn't like the stock pickups from the RD so I dropped a BG pure 90 I had collecting dust for a while. Fuck, it sounds goddamn marvelous. I mean, I'm a sucker for P90's so maybe I'm biased, but it sounds 10cx better than the stock bridge. Only downfall is all three of my guitars now have P90's, so I might still consider dropping humbuckers for variety. All humbuckers I hear/play always sound dark, scooped, and muddy to me though. I don't know if it's the pickup, or maybe my sloppy, heavy handed playing style. So now I'm debating finding a neck replacement that matches this P90, or still consider a humbucker set. Any recommendations on what humbuckers a P90 lover might like?

Seriously dude. I'm not even sure if I want anything else because everything disappoints me compared to P90's. Especially for the way I play. I might just keep this Pure 90 in the bridge and get a matching neck.

That last page was fire! Beautiful guitars all around.
I'll jump on the P90 train, as well. Really miss that double cut LP Special.

Yeah, I like that it has every pickup combo available. I've almost sold that guitar so many times, but I can't seem to let it go. I know I would regret it, they're not easy to find.

I do need to add some P-90s to the mix. A white Gibson LP Special DC would be the tits. Here's my beater LP Special and "new" Electra. If anyone has some suggestions for cleaning up those fills from where a Bigsby used to be mounted on the Electra I'm all ears.
