I'm gonna say the cutoff is mid October or 50 people, whichever comes first. Sound fair to everyone? I want to have assignments by Halloween so the international folks have a month or so to stalk/shop before they need to ship and domestic people have a month and a half. Is that cool or should I do it sooner?

I dunno. I guess we can go over 50. That just seemed like a reasonable number that was also easy enough to keep up with everyone.
