Just because DBA puts a 9V jack on there is no guarantee that jack will work.

It sure does look cool, DBA has no issues getting the cosmetics right. Price and soldering quality, not so right. Regardless, I have a Robot where the 9V jack actually works as designed and it's been fully functional since day one. And every fuzz I've owned by them has sounded uniquely BADASS! Plus, lifetime warranty if it shits out...

$270 so yes too expensive for just a fuzz

This is why I hate Zvex and DBA, price and the enclosures
DBA: Too fuckin big
Zvex: Retarded small pencil dick enclosure

Why do they always need to go with the biggest possible enclosure  ?

Meh. Why 5 distortions? I'm sure if any of them sounded good enough they would have ended up in individual boxes. And ein bischen pricelich!

Looks very nice. Whats the third knob? Isn't it just at volume pot? It could also be gate, wich is internal in the old one. I have the two-knob version and I'm  'in it!

This and price are really a turn-off for me.
