So this may be convoluted. But if the international people buy pedals often from the b/s/t.....maybe your shirt could be held....and the next time you buy a pedal from an ILF bro or broette the shirt can be shipped to them....then shipped to you with the pedal. Two birds one insane international dead bird shipping price.
