I watched the first episode of Too Old to Die Young and really enjoyed it. Unfortunately I do not have the time to commit to the rest of the episodes at the moment since they are so long

The Ritual on Netflix is a good spooky trek through the Swedish wilderness. I liked the design of the big scary thing. Some cool hallucination/environments-blending-together scenes too.

I loved that movie up until they revealed the monster. It was 100% more scary and interesting before they did. Afterwards, I just couldn't take it as seriously :idk:

Yeah, definitely. The monster is cool but its impact is lessened after you see it fully and then it's still chasing people around.

Good news: new season of Bojack starts within a month. (Horseman, obviously.) Bad news: it’s the final season.

I think that's a good thing. Would rather see more shorter TV shows than season 20 where they're rehashing everything and Poochie is there till he's sent to space.

I started TOTDY last night after I realized The Spy is some real bibi propaganda bs... thanks for the rec! I'm enjoying the visuals and slowwwwness a bunch.

The Ritual was fun. I'm always down for some good scandinavian scares. I'd recommend Midsommar if you're craving some more Swedish creepiness.

Watching Sturgill Simpson's new psych rock dystopian anime concept album on Netflix. That's a sequence of words I never expected to type.

The missus and I picked up The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina again after previously losing interest and have been repeatedly amused by the melodrama and use of absurd (and unintentionally comedic) psuedo-satanic expressions like "unholy shit." Also just started watching Locked Up (Vis a Vis en español) to fill my Wentworth show hole and unsure what to think of it just yet.

El Camino (Netflix) was pretty good. You should check it out if you're a fan of BrBa and Better Call Saul
