I'm hesitant to admit this, but I've been watching The 100. It starts off *really* bad, but after maybe four or five episodes, it really commits to its world and actually becomes somewhat compelling in a dumb, edgy comic book kind of way. It's like The Breakfast Club + Planet of the Apes + Red Dawn + War Games + Waterworld + the first RE movie + Battlefield Earth + hot lesbians + stabbing. Takes itself soooo seriously in all the right (ie, wrong) ways.
Dude I watched a fair amount of that show. Season one was the most interesting, though none of them really did much for me. Tons of potential, but it never quite shed the MTV/teenage vibe that limited it. Reminded me of Chronicles of Shannara in that regard. But it's all fun and games, anyway.
