I had never played Dead Space. Someone recommended them to me because somehow, I'm really into being stranded on space stations going to shit so I bought the first two games and I'm about halfway through the first one.

All I have to say is holy fucking shit, wowowow.

Downloaded Outer Worlds last night. Can't wait to check it out. It's on xbox game pass for the time being. Debating if I want to snag Modern Warfare. Did not dig BO4 like at all really, not positive there will be a huge difference.

Anybody playing Halo MCC?

If you haven't played System Shock 2, I recommend that you play System Shock 2.

I'm a massive system shock fan and I think both games are masterpieces, which is why the guy recommended the Dead Space games to me. They are pretty different mechanically speaking from SS, but the mood is very similar in all the right ways and the influence is clear, if not a given since Dead Space was started as a system shock 3 project.

If you liked System Shock, you should try Prey if you haven't already.

Yeah I enjoyed Prey and it had that System Shock sort of vibe. Fun game.

Although I finally have a current gen console, I did play through Terranigma recently. Fun experience, awesome gameplay and an intriguing story.

Death Stranding trailer that actually seems to explain what the fuck the game's about.

I cracked and bought Outer Worlds yesterday. Haven't played enough to form a solid opinion, but really liked it so far. Choices already feel very important/difficult

Yeah Prey was pretty good, totally worth the $8 or something I spent on it.

I really want to because so many of my friends are going on about it but it seems expensive for a couple of hours of mild amusement. Is it worth the price?

I think so. It’s fun enough and has enough to do to be worth it to me. It’s also a game that has some replay value imo

Started Witcher 3 over because, apparently, being a decent person nets you the worst ending possible. Ah shit, here we go again.
