Whoa, whoa, whoa. We all know human beings aren't meant to be social creatures. Everyone in this thread, get back into the woods. Now.

New band finally found a drummer, and he played in death cab for cutie early on. I'm not a tremendous death cab fan, but he is easily the best drummer I've ever played with and I'm pumped!

Went for a really amazing hike this afternoon, at a waterfall. My body is absolutely devastated now, but it was really nice, and i love standing under waterfalls and letting the water beat the shit out of me.

Met a girl on Tinder who plays upright bass in a gypsy punk folk group, dogs Tom Waits, and has a pitbull...life is not utter shit right now.

Also cats.

Does she use the pitbull to dog Tom Waits?

Mudhoney last night was great! Ended up going by myself, had a few beers and rocked out. The weather has been great these last few days, so I've been hanging out in a park that's a five minute walk from my appartment, finally reading books that aren't part of my education. Also, realized I have yet another month of summer vacation.

Yeah Mudhoney is killer.

I know you're covering it for work and have to be 'working', but I'm really stoked that you get to see Neurosis.
