yes. We spent under $100 on mine and about $100 on Ben's. It doesn't need to be crazy expensive. I'd recommend looking on Etsy or similar to find something that you both love but isn't a million dollars.

I'll drop a couple hundred on the real thing, I've never really cared about a lavish wedding and all that, though. It's gonna be a courthouse special followed by a party or something. The industry built around weddings is nuts.

Same lol. I have to take it off every time I play guitar to save the aluminium. They're heavy and nice to wear though, rings in general seem like a crazy thing to spend a lot of money on.

Ended up spending ~$60 on windshield wipers because I thought I broke them (turns out that locking them is just really counter-intuitive).
I'd take them back, but they needed replaced anyway. Also, why is it that auto parts stores always seem to only have one windshield wiper design that works with my car and it's always insanely fucking expensive?
Since I always forget:

I get that impression from my grandpa. He's been acting weird and crying every time we talk about my kid. Not full on bawling but I can tell over the phone.

I wish I could explain concepts of time and money to a 5 year old. He asks me about 100 times a day for some new toy and also asks "when is my birthday?" and when I say "6 months" he says "When is 6 months?" Half a year. "When is half a year?" And the spiral continues until I wanna pull my hair out. And there's nobody to tag in when I've had too much and my nerves are shot and I just need some quiet. And he gets bored with everything after like 5 minutes and just wants my phone, but he has a bad habit of losing or breaking phones or changing settings that I had no idea even existed.

I need a nanny. Or a girlfriend. Babysitter with benefits.

And some child support would be fucking sweet too.

I read all of this thinking it was about your grandpa and was very concerned for his mental well being until I realised you're talking about a child instead.

That would definitely change the 'caretaker' part of the equation, yeah.

I've done home health work and that would have spiced it up a bit.

Ever wake up and just have the immediate sense of overwhelming regret that you did in fact just wake up?

dreaming is where its at...and the inbetween period, where you do go back to sleep in the comfort of internal darkness...sometimes though, youll have a dream so intense you gotta walk around with that feeling of experience all damn day or even more unable to shake what "happened" ....it seems my mind will play out awful circumstances "nightmares" if I sleep too long like its making me awake...

Almost every day my dude.

My first thought on waking up yesterday was that I wish there was like a second, deeper stage of lying down, like Extra Lying Down.
