I had an EGC for about 2 weeks and I couldn't keep it in tune for the life of me. I was so relieved when I sold it.

was it a temperature thing, or did the nut setup and tuners just suck?

I think temperature. I had the repair guy I use go over the nut and he couldn't;t find anything.

Obviously, lots of folks get good results out of those guitars. I think I am too impatient.

I know a guy who sold his Veleno to Vincent Gallo and got a hassle from that weirdass as part of the deal.

It may be a chemical problem too as it is 70s Todd...
