would
On an other board, in another time:
"I also have a Fat Goat HB/P90 on my bastardized f-hollowed V, which is made of God-knows what kind of wood and of how many pieces. That guitar sounded OK when I installed one Shlabotnik pup on it; it actually became alive, very soaring; but I ended up preferring the Fat Goat, which gives me a darker, more "barking" tone as well as more "CHANK" and (maybe) better dynamics when played clean."

That is terrible but im also upset it didn't devalue it more. I hope the person who buys replaces the bridge pickup with a bart

I've never tried one of those mini-humbuckers in the bridge, but bridge P and bridge mudbucker are both wack.

really? i thought a bridge p would sound like an almost jazz bass. Is it the out of phase thing? Split coils are out of phase with each-other because it evens out the volume but it sounds really weird with another pickup

It's probably just me, I've never played a bass bridge pickup I've liked :idk:
But it just sounded like a weird, weak P tone to me.
