Strap slippin'

Postby DarkAxel » Fri Dec 02, 2016 6:48 pm

Yo so I have a Mono sharkskin strap which I decided to put on my new 4003. Super comfy, virtually no neck dive, great

the only thing that pisses me off is that the nylon part (or whatever that is, the car safety belty part) you set the height with is a bit slippy and the fastener keeps slipping, making the strap longer and longer throughout the set

any way to battle that? I guess that goes for all smooth nylon straps

Maybe stick heavy duty safety pin or something right below the length adjustment?

If the women don't find you handsome, they should at least find you handy.

I imagine a rubber band snug against the bottom edge of the buckle would do the trick. Would just have to find the right size band.
