Is it a good guitar?
Is the pickups properly wired?
Is it properly grounded?
Am I attempting to ground the guitar using a patch cable and my own dick?

The answer is no to all questions above except one

are there any actual problems grounding your guitar with your dick? Or hand for that matter? Haven't even contemplated that...

As long as you're not grounding out, say, a power tube socket or eating phantom power or inverse polarity fun from a mic, usually no.

Can't say I've tried using a penis as a grounding stick though so applying knowledge of other body parts and days of amps with ground reverse switches.

My pedalboard costs approximately 191 Metal Zones.

Thanks dude. Knowing my self invented patch cable + dick grounding technique works feels like an accomplishment. And also, I will not ground tube amps with it, thanks for the heads up

I once saw a guy tie a guitar cable around his dick, throw the other end over the rafters and try to hoist himself up into the ceiling. He stayed pretty firmly grounded.

Haha wtf?? Seems like a stupid use of dick??? Did it survive? Mine is used only for peeing, sex and simple grounding.

Did you get that sticker from red bubble? I was wondering if they were actually white background or clear.

Because I play my Edwards Les Paul more than my other guitars these days:

Image

I'm hesitant to put any stickers on it, because I really do like it as it is. Then I go through a Sex Pistols phase every so often and think putting some pinup stickers on it would be a good idea like Steve Jones' own Gibson and Burny Les Pauls:

Image

I also liked the blue sparkle one he used on the Pistols' "Filthy Lucre" tour in 1996:

I came across a website a while ago that actually supplied Gibson with the replica decals used on the Steve Jones sig model they put out years ago, might hit them up some day. I won't get the exact same ones though. That said, I think this sort of thing looks better on an aged yellowy/cream colour rather than pristine white.
People assume that time is a strict progression of cause to effect, but actually from a non-linear, non-subjective viewpoint, it's more like a big ball of wibbly-wobbly, timey-wimey... stuff.
