I think the only thing I don't REALLY dig with my Bass VI are the flatwounds....... I just can't really afford a new set of Bass VI strings atm. What are you guys using?

You liked the stock low e? I hated it. The low e on the bass vi is a bit weird though, every other string sound great but even with a much thicker string on the low e is a bit floppy for my tastes.

Looks like the Staytrem wide bridge for Bass VI. Have one too, great suff and not Mastery expensive.

Definitely looks like the Staytrem bridge. I have one too and definitely recommend it. I think I'll pick one up for my Jazzmaster too

Squier with staytrem and I got the special order thimble drop ins that keep the bridge from rocking, as I don't use the trem on this guitar
