im planning on getting an RD style body with a german carve. its going to be a wood/aluminum hybrid. dark stain body with a chrome neck and black block inlays. just waiting to hear back from kevin to discuss finer details.

Theavondon is correct! I just picked this up on Saturday! I got it used even though it was only a week old and not even played!
It's a series II but it's all aluminum. Normally the series II are the wood hybrid but the original owner wanted all aluminum and she sings!!!

2400 it was brand new and 6stringstrangler put it up here in bst the day after he got it. Poor guy...

I like the looks of that RD! If I ever get the cash together I would love to have Kevin build one in my favorite body shape....

:idk: judging by the website and the anodizing charge it seemed right. It's what he said he paid and I didn't have to wait a year to get it like he did so I'm pretty happy!

I wonder what the wood hybrids sound like...

Yeah, and the fact that it's all aluminum probably upped the price a little bit too. :idk:

Cool man! You ever play an EGC before? I got to play one last summer for a little bit so I jumped when I had the chance on this one! :joy:

I'm pretty sure Kevin hasn't built the shape I want so hopefully I'll get a better price if I ever scrape up the cash to order it!

I'll try to find the text document where I compiled all information regarding various options, customizations and costs
+200 for anodized sounds right

i have never played one. im a little bit nervous, but i seriously dont see myself not liking it, ya know? how is your action? ive never had a guitar with that bridge and thats what he suggests. how does it hold up with real low tunings? i mess around with a lot of different tunings.
