I had issues with a previous order in which they responded to my email and fixed the problem.
As of today, an order that came Saturday had several mistakes (some of which boggles my mind) and after two emails no response, no idea if they're sending the corrected parts or anything.
*EDIT*
After a week or so I received an email that they would send the correct parts and they came in a timely manner. Happy customer here, even if it took as long as it did it was fixed.
