I sent in my mini for repair a little over 6 months ago and havent heard anything from him since. Does anyone know a better way than email to get ahold of him? Thanks

Hey, I recently had a pedal with him for repair for quite a bit but he did eventually respond to emails and I got it back. I'm afraid I don't know a better way though

Ahh alright, thanks for the response. I was hoping to get it back for a recording session but I'll use something else. Also hope he is doing okay, we had a good back and forth going for a while before so I thought it was unusual to not hear back from him.

Yeah, he's perpetually overworked. He's always come through for me, though.
Maybe take this as an opportunity to buy a second as a backup.

I bought a second one from Brian when I sent my other one in for repair but haven't received that one yet.
Not trying to sound like one of those annoying customers complaining about builders, more so just worried something happened to him. I know he doesn't rip people off. I'm guessing he just got super busy and my emails got lost in the shuffle.

Update!
I got an email from him tonight, he already shipped my pedals back. They should be here tomorrow. Everything is okay, he is just the busiest dude but also the best dude at the same time!

Kind of a bummer to know that a repair takes 6+ months, as I'm still waiting on a reply to an initial inquiry about a potential Fuck repair. Guess I will need to have a backup or another option for this pedal.

Brian is a great dude and always seems to be busy with his work and art. I have always have faith though, he comes through every time. I have an order in and have no doubt he will knock it out of the park.
Also I wouldn’t say it always takes 6 months, he fixed a fuck of mine in less than a week...I think it depends on his workload etc.

Yeah it's worth saying I've also had Brian repair something extremely quickly as well as the experience I mentioned earlier. Depends on his workload I guess

Does anyone know about how long it usually takes new orders to ship? I totally get the workload issue for shipping time and email response; I just wish there was a confirmation email or something. I hope I don't sound like an entitled customer- I'm just eager to play a badass pedal!

Anyone know if Brian's alright? He hasn't posted on Instagram for a couple months and I can't reach him.

Yeah he's definitely alive and ok! Might be very busy though :/
Worth trying again in case he missed an email or something probably
